I am highly impressed with this liner; the price is affordable, the applicator is thin and easy to use, and the wear test is great. It is not fully waterproof, but it stays on until the end of the day.

pros: as for the formula itself, the quality is top notch. eyeliner lasted all day without flaking or smearing. texture is smooth and not too runny or thick. color is opaque. also removed easily with oil cleanser. cons: all my gripes are with the applicator. the felt tip has a very fine line but is rigid, making it more difficult to use than a brush. the felt also collects eyeshadow and glitter.
