This actually works, and when it’s on sale the Iherb price is better than the manufacturer website. It’s still not great under make up, but since it has retinol in it so I would only use it at night. Do all your regular skin care and put this on last and you will wake up with bag free eyes. It’s not permanent though, the bags will come back. You’ll just look better in bed.

I bought this based on the reviews. It's true that it doesn't have a cumulative effect and doesn't eliminate wrinkles, but the effect is visible immediately upon application, and it's really noticeable. While you're using it, you look great 😁 I bought more. I apply this cream permanently, wait 3-5 minutes, then apply moisturizer. This cream doesn't moisturize at all.
