Excellent value for money Electrolyte bulk pack. I take 2/3 drink before run and remainder immediately on completion. On longer runs over 15 km I mix up two 600ml bottles to consume as running.

This electrolyte drink works great during intense workouts and cardio sessions. The lemon lime flavor tastes refreshing and not too sweet. I noticed better hydration and less fatigue during training. Mixes easily with water and the quality feels premium.
