Not a fun of the citrus flavor honestly, it kind stings my mouth, but the brand seems good quality and I don’t get any side effects from it. I bought it for the good ratio of omegas and supposedly good quality ingredients.

It has a decent amount of vegan epa and dha , if you combine with good diet and ritual essential multi you will get the perfect amount of daily required Epa and Dha.it smells great .
The quality is okay ingredient is good taste is good use is good size is normal package is good benefit I am not sure composition recipe diet fits perfectly serving size is okay frequency is to use it three four times a week I quite like this product might repurchase after finish
