Excellent product wish all my supplements came in this format. So easy to take and tastes great. So far quality is good. No issues or allergic reactions. Hair looks healthier but haven’t been using it long enough to tell any other changes in skin and nails. Time will tell

I loved the taste, the quality, the size but unfortunately this gave me stomach cramps and an upset stomach.I could not eat after it. Not saying this happens to everyone but just incase you have stomach issues in the past - perhaps the high dosage of Biotin can be a bit too much to take..This is just my experience!
