The taste is absolutely awful. I usually enjoy having my pre-workout. But in this case it’s both sour and leaves a lingering bitterness in the back of the mouth. Furthermore it does not taste like either cherry or lime. Just a sour bitter highly unpleasant tasting pre-workout.
I highly recommend all products from this manufacturer. I have tried many different supplements for sports and healthy lifestyle, and this brand is by far the best!
It tasted like Dr. Pepper with the carbonation removed. Ideally, you'd mix it with water in a shaker, but I dissolve it in a zero-calorie drink and put it in a thermos instead of a shaker. Because it's diluted more than its original concentration, it's easier to drink. The caffeine is definitely potent. Those with a low caffeine tolerance will need to adjust the amount of powder themselves.
