I bought this product due to its high K2 MK4 and evidence based research backing the dose. I don't know if it works, time will tell with another bone scan. What I like about it - clean ingredients, no magnesium stearate. I keep it in the fridge. Price is costly, one bottle only lasts 1 month because u need 2 capsules per day to get 2000IU D3 and 45,000mg K2. It is a pain to eat it twice but it is what it is. Capsule is very small, very easy to swallow.

I have been on this for years and my dexa scan shows an improvement using this product. This means I keep taking it although it is a little pricey.

Good product, used in the past, hoping for the same good results.

I'm happy that I've found a product that contains enough K2MK4 to support bone-health according to scientific studies. Delivery was fast and uncomplicated.

It seemed a little pricey, but I bought it because it's supposed to contribute to dental health. So far, I haven't noticed any effects other than my wisdom teeth coming in.

Finally a big enough dosage! Good quality, good ingredients, good size, good package, good composition. Capsule has neutral taste. Benefit to anyone wanting to supplement K2. Has a positive effect on joints - knee, hip, humerus, etc, improvement after a few weeks. After a certain age is a must. Can be taken with any diet.

A rather expensive product, but worth a try, I think.
