I took a chance on this over another primer that was more expensive because this one is supposed to be more suited for oily skin. Although the texture is very rich in moisture and feels great when you put it on, it isn't as effective as I would have expected. I tested this out by applying it to one side of my face and nothing on the other half of my face (after cleanser, toner, serum and moisturizer on my entire face, of course) then I let it settle for a few minutes and I put on my regular makeup (liquid foundation, powder, liquid blush, etc.). There doesn't seem to be much of a difference really. There are tiny shimmery particles in the primer serum itself if you look closely so there may be a 'radiant glow' effect in the sunlight so that's something you might find appealing but honestly I personally was looking for a simple effective primer that helps with my concerns of reducing the dryness, cakey or pilling after-effects of makeup. I think there are other better hydrating primers like this that work better but are more expensive. You kind of get what you pay for. Having said that, the packaging is very pleasant - the bottle comes in a smooth, lovely shape and the nozzle is premium quality that is easy to hold and pump out the serum for quick and stress-free use. I'll continue to use this since the experience is nice.

The primer comes in a glass container and even though the color is gold/yellow it blends seamlessly on the skin. My number one concern is was that my makeup would separate around my chin area, but with this primer my makeup looked fresh even after several hours.

No actual scent but the bottle is bigger than expected since I didn’t really look at the ounces. The packaging is aesthetic and has a watery and rubber like feeling. The benefit is that my skin looks very smooth. I also think it’s not sticky like other primers if you prefer more natural feeling.

Not a primer to use if looking for tackiness which grips on the makeup like glue. It is more of an extension to skincare. It contains slight shimmer which gives the skin a glass-like look while hydrating the skin. There is no noticeable scent.

I ordered this to achieve a radiant makeup look, but if you use it with the goal of capturing shine, it might be a bit of a letdown. However, the adherence is really good.

This primer is really nice for dry skin. It's basically the consistency of a serum with some added shimmer particles. The particles are not very large and they diffuse into the skin really well. It also helps to grip my foundation really well to my skin.

Repurchase two more bottles. This gives a glow to face and makeup stays longer
