Used for baking and thickening soups, gravy, and sauces; made with organic ingredients for peace of mind; enhances the texture of various foods.
It was recommended to me, I still have to try new recipes for a complete feedback
I avoid gluten as much as possible and found that potato starch is a tasty alternative for breading pork chops, steak, and fish. I rub some of this into my meats and fish before pan frying them and the potato starch adds a nice, tasty flavor. My grandkids love my breaded pork chops when they eat at my house.
High quality potato starch that works very well for baking, thickening sauces, and gluten-free recipes. The texture is smooth, and it mixes easily without clumping. Large package size offers excellent value for regular cooking use.
Good - works as intended but I may have slight preference for tapioca starch instead.
I bought this to use as potato starch. It comes in a container that can be easily stored in the refrigerator, which is convenient. It works perfectly as potato starch, and I'm happy that it's organic.
so glad to finally have an organic, multi lb option. I wish it came in a 5lb.
Very good quality Good ingredient Neutral taste Use for cooking Medium size
