The taste of this is incredibly sweet and would work well in anything so do not worry. The color is beautiful. At a pastel green the quality of this natural food dye would work amazingly as a food color additive to all of your recipes. It is easy to blend and tasty.

The color is not a vibrant artificial green though, it is more subtle and natural which I like. It is in pretty good size package. I could definitely use this in a lot of my recipes.
