I cannot begin to stress the importance of sunflower lecithin, especially for special kids! OMG, the effect it has had on my son's cognitive development! I swear by it!

It’s not very pleasant to take; to mask the fatty aftertaste, I mix it with berries and almond milk in a smoothie. However, this makes it feel almost like a full meal, so I can't manage the three servings a day recommended by my health specialist—I just end up feeling stuffed. Also, the clumps don't dissolve easily. Overall, it's fine, but after three weeks of use, I haven't noticed any tangible effects.

Adding a scoop of lecithin to our daily smoothie is a good addition to support choline production, lipid metabolism in the liver, and the nervous system. This is a long-standing favourite and we appreciate the cost savings of the larger size.

I am not sure how I should feel about this product because it is a five start product, but based on the reason why I took it, I did not feel fully satisfied.
