I open the capsule and mix the contents into natural goat yogurt or pre-cooled/lightly warm unsweetened oatmeal porridge as a “protective shield” on an empty stomach. It has a neutral taste and is very easy to use. After about 4 weeks of consistent use, I experienced less constipation. I appreciate the benefits for the gut microbiome, digestion motility, nutrients absorption, and immunity support. The convenient package size provides a 2-month supply.
