Not only am i getting a great copper, but the good form of selenium too. Then you ad Zinc and vitamin D and you are guaranteed to get better sleep with these 4. I even use 4 tablets to get 12mg of copper for the melanocytes in hair. The skin gets a little darker copper glow too. Couldnt ask for more.

its a really good oil that helped me a lot i recommend everyone to try it out , you wont regret it. The quality is top notch and it makes my health much better with a lot of benfets. The price compared to quality is exeptional.

I like this combination, I also like that one dose is two tablets so I can reduce the dose if I want. The tablets are small and rounded, they have no taste, they are easy to swallow. I take them regularly, half a portion.
