The product comes with a tiny spoon for each use. After taking it for a few days, I realized the spoon only held 2.5mg, while the packaging stated a daily dose of 1mg... Upon closer inspection, I noticed a line on the spoon—proportionally, the 1mg dose should be below that line! Since the instructions didn't specify how to use the spoon, only stating one scoop per dose, it's easy to assume a whole spoonful is the correct dosage! I took the overdose for a few days, and since I'm prone to diarrhea, this added bloating and pain, making the diarrhea even worse. I will definitely not buy it again!
