I bought lactobacilli on sale, so the price was attractive. The packaging is large, it will last a long time, it is convenient to take from the package. The quality is perfect, they are well absorbed, they are very helpful for the health of the digestive system, general well-being and immunity.

A very good quality prebiotic. The only drawback is the packaging. It has a slightly yeasty smell and taste. But it's very reasonably priced.

It's a bit of a hassle that it's in powder form, but the advantage is that the packet lasts a long time, it has a good flavor, and I use it as a supplement to other probiotics. It helps with gas and intestinal inflammation. I don't take it daily, but rather when I feel very bloated, and its benefits start to be noticeable shortly after taking it, which is usually at night.
