These salt stick tablets have been a life saver for me. I play a lot of pickleball. I dump electrolytes like abnormally. I can play pickleball with the relief these give me. This is in addition to three 20 ounce size drink 2 electrolytes and one water in a 3 hour period in,the summer time. Plus I take a slow release prescription potassium capsule. These have helped me regain my electrolytes quick and continue playing. I recommend these to people that are outside in the heat whether working or outdoor activities. I keep one in my night stand, two in my purse and 2 in my pickleball bag. I wish they'd bring back the big, I think saltstick used to have a 120 count bottles.

I bought these for the first time. had been recommended them coping with my POTS diagnosis. they are very good, I drink a lot anyway each day but I now carry a packet of these in every handbag I take out with me. the serving suggestion is 2 suckable chewable tablets but I find that even taking one is helpful to me.yestrrday when we had a heatwave I was able to take them ,increase my fluid and not have to go to the toilet all day long. the flavours are all nice.I will definitely be buying some more if these ro take on holiday with me. very good deal when bought at the offer price especially. more economical ro buy in a bulk pack than singularly.
