My dad hasn't noticed increase in energy, but he only takes one pill per day. When he took 2 pills per day, he got hot flashes. Probably won't buy this again.

Great for less stress energy and cool mood. Different from asian ginseng; good in warmer weather;. it does have an aftertaste to me.

taste authentic, I bought 8 qualities this time, im not sure if its only me but I find the 75 capsules taste different to the 150. this is my 3rd time purchasing cos I love ginseng. anyway ill buy the 150 again and see if it will be my last order.
