According to Edgar Cayce, considered the greatest psychic of the 20th century, ginger and American ginseng are good for improving digestion, so I ordered them. I've been worried about my digestive system declining with age, so I'm looking forward to trying them out and seeing the results.

Beautiful product. I tried it a few times, I'm a 34 year old man and just took one fourth of a tsp. I find that the effects is more balanced if you take it after a meal rather than on an empty stomach. I felt all the good effects you read about: more focused, calmer, and more energy: but it's a calm herb and you sleep well at the end of the day. The quality seems to be very good, it smells fresh and tastes sweet and slightly bitter-- the way that Ginseng is meant to taste. Couldn't rate it higher and can't wait to incorporate it better in my regime.

The quality is subpar. I grew up in the mountains of WV and this is some quality seng. I like it much better than the Red the red just upsets my stomach to much to be honest. This is more mild and gives me clean energy.
