Got this with great deal. The product main ingredient berberine is good to manage insulin resistance, hyperglycemia after eating a high carb meal. The size of yellowish pill is average, easy to swallow, it has a strong bitter and herbal medicine taste . Usually take twice per day prior a carb meal. One bottle can last for 1-2 months. Dosage I take 1 pill each day n night before meal, can notice the difference 2-3 hours after taking my meal . I didn’t experience a sudden sleepiness and brain fog after meal as before. Took it for about a month I felt the benefits of taking it as my glucose numbers are slightly improving. Rate 3 stars since this product is near expiry day only 2 months left upon arrival of product.
