CandAid by Zahler is a super-effective supplement. It works deep in the intestines if you have intestinal candidiasis. However, it should be taken on an empty stomach, and the best strategy is to adhere to intermittent fasting, as the supplement's effectiveness is reduced when mixed with food. However, taking it with food does provide some benefit. The dosage is two capsules per day. I took three capsules and experienced no side effects other than those typical for this condition.
