It was more like a tinted lip balm. It has a lovely pink shade and is great for everyday use. I didn't have a pink lipstick at the time, so this was a good option for me—especially since it was on sale. The color is subtle and natural. It has a pleasant berry scent. It is very small in size, but convenient to carry in a handbag. It does dry out the lips a little.
