After using this wild yam cream for a few days I noticed a remarkable difference in hot flushes. They had reduced to about 1 or 2 a day instead of 10. I will keep using this one

I haven't noticed any real effect. I've been using it for three weeks. It's a shame the amount of yam isn't listed precisely in the ingredients. I don't think it's enough for any real effect. It also contains too much alcohol for my liking.
