I simply mix this collagen powder with electrolytes every morning to give me a boost of protein. The powder gives the water a bit of a thicker texture, but I don’t mind it. It dissolves completely without clumps. I am a firm believer in using college and every day because I see an improvement in my hair and nails, as well as the elasticity of my skin.
