Love the flavor of this product! It doesn’t mix in 100%, like a little bit of powder is always at the bottom of my glass and I just try to get it with my last gulp. Easy to prepare and sip on during my workouts. Feels like it might be helping with muscle recovery, but I really don’t know if I have it built up in my system enough yet to fully notice all the great benefits of creatine.
It tastes delicious and isn't too sweet. It dissolves well in water. I'd gladly order it again.
I didn't see much of a change during or after the workout, the results didn't come faster, and in short, I didn't really see a change other than a little more energy.
