This is my first time trying this melatonin-free version. In terms of effectiveness, it's not as fast-acting as the melatonin-containing gummies, but it does have a soothing effect. I recommend this to parents facing similar difficulties.

I had my child wear my Apple Watch and compared what happened when he ate the gummies versus when he didn't! In my son's case, his trouble falling asleep didn't improve much, but the quality of his sleep did. He used to wake up unconsciously many times during the night, but the number of times he woke up decreased, and the amount of deep sleep increased. The taste is fine if you can eat gummy candies. The size is 1.5cm in diameter, so it's small and easy to eat.

Sometimes my daughter has a lot of trouble sleeping, although she mentions two feedings, I only give her one and it helps her fall asleep quickly, so she can rest.

We had a couple of months with extra load my kids had to face - extra lessons, competitions, theatrical shows etc and they started feeling anxious, faced difficulty falling asleep and waking up having nightmare. However when they decided to take it in the morning (without me noticing they took the wrong jar!) they became very sleepy in about 40min - an hour!
