Taking one capsule daily for a couple months now as part of my bone and immune support routine. No aftertaste, easy to swallow, and hasn’t caused any stomach upset. Convenient having D3 and K2 in one capsule instead of juggling separate bottles. Noticed steadier energy levels and my last checkup showed better vitamin D numbers. Only reason it’s 4 stars instead of 5 is the dosage per capsule is a bit lower than some competitors, so you might need two depending on your needs. Otherwise a reliable, no-frills option.
