I bought this inactivated bacteria product mainly to improve my blood sugar sensitivity. Although I don't have diabetes, I'm near the borderline. So far, I haven't seen any results. I took two capsules once a day for two weeks, and then I experienced a skin allergy—it was very itchy, and I developed red bumps. After that, I stopped taking it, and the bumps disappeared.
