It's clearly good quality because I noticed a change within days of starting to take it. I felt a purging effect, like my body was detoxifying. Unfortunately, the purging effect It does cause more acne, but that's normal when your body is cleansing, since it also contains milk thistle. I feel it's a bit expensive, but it does the job; it doesn't make you so hungry and it reduces anxiety.

seems clean, just less effective than the previous berberine I used.
