this flavor tastes amazing. it is more sweet than tart. the only downside is that you need to continue to stir this since a lot sits at the bottom of the glass while drinking it. I did have some residue at the bottom that I wasn't able to consume. I do feel like I am benefiting from it as it helps me relax and sleep well.
