Most pre-workouts sold on iHerb require you to add electrolytes, alpha-GPC, and other supplements afterwards, but this product has everything you need, which is a huge help. The taste and effects are excellent, and it's indispensable for BIG3 maxes and intense workouts. Personally, I feel it's on par with Pre-Caged Elite. It's expensive, so I recommend buying it during a sale.

I didn't like the product at all, the training was good with it but I felt very sad/depressed and terrible mood during a few days because of the ingredients! Also I had nose/sinus pain for days because of the high dose of citruline and others ingredients. I tried many preworkout never had this side effect on the mood, i read it came from this ingredient mostly (choline)
