I am a ckd patient 3 stage. I tried hydrogen tablet put in one cup of glass of watet, drink it first thing in the morning. Today is my 11th days / once tablet a day. I noticed that my backached causing of inflammation of my kidney was gone. This hydrogen water is just a trial for me.. who knows i thought... I will have my blood test next month and will see if it working. Some review had their good sleep. I noticed that also... energy.. not yet. I ordered again . It was discounted A little bit pricey for me.

It helps with my sciatica and rashes. But it will not fix the problem permanently, I haven’t drank long enough, it might get rid of the rashes totally if drank long enough I suppose.

I honestly personally did not feel any difference in energy after completing this product. Tried another band, same results. I did enjoy the flavor though.

I have one every morning and really enjoy the natural raspberry flavour. The tablets dissolve quickly, taste pleasant, and are very convenient to use. The packaging is also excellent and keeps the individual tablets protected and fresh. I have been very happy with them and will continue using them.

Big fan of Gary Brecka, and since hes a big believer in hydrogen water, so i got my hands on it, ive been using the hydrogen water bottle for like 1-2years now, though i did not see a super obvious effect or benefit, maybe im gonna keep trying since Gary said so. I was thinking maybe my water bottle is not good enough so i got these tabs to try.

I have only just started taking these Molecular Hydrogen Tablets and the quality of these PROHEALTH tablets is far better than others, the ingredients are of the highest quality and the taste is pleasant. Will definitely purchase again.
