Женский моногидрат креатина Vitauthority со вкусом лимонада, 12.34 oz (350 g)

Every woman after 40 have to take this ,is just a miracle

Very high quality, tastes better to me than the powder without the flavor. Take 5 a day with water. Contributes to muscle recovery and apparently also to cognition.

I really like this creatine - not too sweet, but with enough flavour to be tasty. I'll buy it again.

Vitauthority Active Women’s Creatine Monohydrate is a fantastic supplement designed specifically with women's fitness goals in mind. The Lemonade flavor is refreshing and mixes easily into water without leaving a chalky residue, making it a treat to drink during or after a workout. Since adding this to my routine, I’ve noticed a significant boost in my training endurance and faster muscle recovery. The 350g tub provides a great supply, and I appreciate that it supports lean muscle growth without the unwanted bloating often associated with standard creatine. It is a high-quality, delicious, and effective choice for any active woman looking to level up her performance.

It mixes instantly in water and tastes like a treat after a workout. Since I started using it, I’ve noticed a significant boost in my endurance and overall muscle tone. I’ll definitely be repurchasing!

It's too sweet and doesn't dissolve completely; it always settles at the bottom of the container no matter what I stir it with. I've been using it for a month and haven't noticed any difference so far, so I don't recommend it.
