I really love the lemon coconut flavor combination—it tastes fresh and isn't overly sweet. The texture is nice and crispy, which makes a great change from those heavy, chalky protein bars. It's a perfect light snack to keep in my desk drawer.

Unlike typical protein bars that are chewy and sticky, these have small puffs that are tightly packed together. They're like the larger grains of Japanese "okoshi" rice crackers. I think it's because it's hot, but they crumble easily at room temperature, so I chilled them and they became crispy, which improved the texture. I'm a little concerned about the fat content, but I think it's on the lower side compared to many other protein bars. As for the flavors, both the lemon and coconut have a definite taste, but they're somehow not very distinct... or rather, if you're expecting the strong, impactful flavors typical of overseas products, they might seem a bit weak. But it's fun to come across such unique flavors. There are other bars with similar calories and fat content that have more protein, but these are easy to eat as a snack, and I ordered them because I wanted to try other flavors!
Very tasty, sweet but the lemon is noticeable, suitable for those looking for more protein but without gluten and milk. I really liked it and will definitely order again.
