I started using this product as an electrolyte supplement for a Keto diet, and it was really helpful. Easy to swallow, also helps with keto-flu and leg cramps.

Good quality product. pills making it easy to consume on the way if feel that this workout I sweated a lot, taking a pill after to maintain minerals and hidration level.

High quality ingredients. Helps with hydration and many ways. Taste and size is ok. Well packaged. Many benefits when taken before workout. Helps with fluid retention overall good for health. Can recommend

Seems like a good product. But it really didn't do anything for me. I won't be buying this product again.

Really great! I would highly recommend these to everyone, especially if you are keto. Helping with my fasting too.

I take these as a supplement for keto diet. And also extra ones if I've had alcohol the night before or am dehydrated.

I take it for my physical activities when I fast to replenish electrolytes, it doesn't break my fast and does contain only electrolytes and nothing else which is perfect

It has 180 capsules in the bottle but need to take 4 per day which is a bit tedious. I also found the composition of the ingredients is a bit funny - I would hope it has higher potassium and calcium but it's the same for K/Mg/Ca except for Sodium which most people would've had enough.

Left coast electrolytes are great ,it comes in a big battle and I ve been taking 3 everytime I workout or it works well when dehydrated after a big night too !the size of the tablets are great ,not too big easy to swallow .I ve been able to keep my hydration up whilst exercizing ,which offert great benefits .Also these are keto so they don t interfère with diet régiment.very happy with the packaging and the value for it's size .will definitely repurchase these
