I usually don’t like writing reviews because people often trust them and sometimes they can be misleading. However, I wanted to share my personal experience. I have been using this product for about one week. For the first 2–3 days I took 1 capsule, and then I switched to 2 capsules. From what I understand, we usually only need about 3–5 mg maximum, which is what I am currently taking. The difference I have noticed is mainly in my energy levels. I have Hashimoto’s, and recently I was experiencing very low energy. I didn’t even want to wake up in the morning, talk much, or go to the gym. After starting this supplement, I noticed it gives me a good energy boost in the morning and improves my mood. I feel more motivated and able to complete my tasks on time. Because I now have more energy, I have also been able to work out more intensively, and I already feel some positive changes in my body composition. To be honest, I haven’t been taking it long enough to comment on long-term effects, but overall I think it is worth trying, especially for people dealing with fatigue. One thing to keep in mind is that you should drink plenty of water while taking it. I personally struggle with drinking enough water, but even that has improved because now I remind myself that I need to stay hydrated.

I've tried 2 other brands which made me nauseous. This one does not make me sick and I love the convenience of capsules.

It seems to be frequently out of stock, but I finally managed to buy some creatine. The ingredients are pure and it's pretty good; the capsules are convenient to take.

the package is easy to open every time. the serving amount is enough and as it should. no teste at all. the size of the piles is big but not effects on using. on add ingredient so very clear.

Although the pills are large, the dosage is sufficient, thumbs up!
