I feel like writing a crap review because this product is out of stock regularly and then not restocked enough. But I can't, this product is amazing and it has completely changed my life. I used to take dexi for ADHD, which just made me kinda happier about being unfocused but the saffron helps my motivation and focus, I've done tasks I needed to do 1.5yrs ago, I no longer have a messy room, I'm regularly learning the guitar, Im confident enough I just started a year TAFE course. I've been taking them for about 2 months. Please iherb get loads more in stock! I tell everyone!

Good dosage. I have already noticed benefits after taking for 1 week.

"Affron" branded saffron extract for mood and sleep. I like that this version is veggie with no gelatin. Best taken at night.
