This is an amazing product. I started taking it only because I had trouble digesting some foods like legumes, garlic and onion. When I take it with my meal, I feel absolutely no discomfort whatsoever. I also noticed that after about 3 weeks of using it consistently 2 times a day, my skin has dramatically improved . It is very much smoother, my pores barely noticeable and it is not as oily as it used to be. I’m not sure if it because of that product or something else but that is the only thing that I have added recently.
