It gives the product a slightly redder color. I wish they'd removed the carmine. If they did, I'd give it five stars. It's such a shame.

I haven't tried cranberry with mct oil yet. cranberry works for immunity in general. hope this form does a better job for absorption. I take this with d mannose powder for irritable bladder. This antioxidant doesn't cause a problem with my stomach. I take daily during summer and winter for potency.
