Клетчатка Flatter Me® Fiber, GLP-1 Booster, Strawberry Lemon, 4 oz (120 g)

I refuse the GLP-1 shot so I decided to try this product. I’m already noticing a drop in my morning blood glucose levels.

I have to say that I do take flatter me extra strength so I don’t think it helped me to add this

I have not noticed any benefits from using this product. The taste is overpowering even when mixed in yogurt.

I love HUM products. Unfortunately I didn’t see much of a change to my weight or appetite suppressant with this. It does taste good and I think it does help with digestion. it’s a little too expensive for what it is.

Feels like this helps a bit tastes good either to take and I don’t see why not to take it it’s great in addition to probiotics

Delicious, small packaging in relation to the required serving, which is 4 teaspoons. I will update later.

It tastes good, but it's still too soon to know if it will do anything for weight. But I will continue to use it.
