I’ve been using 2 capsules before bed & Noticing the length of time I’m sleeping has improved. Good quality product No side effects at all. I had not heard of the ingredient corn extract, but it seems to be the magic ingredient I use many supplements from Thorne and believe that company can be trusted & offers many quality supplements
I've tried different products that help with sleep and normal sleep, but this one is the best so far. I take one pill instead of two and it works really well.

With or without it, subjective sleep quality was not affected. Some nights even doubled the dosage, did not see any effect.
