the dose size is 2 pills for 10% ech' & 1% act', this isn't enough to feel the benefits so I had to take 4 to 6 pills every dosage to feel those benefits. you can get cistanche at lower price with better quality (more ech' and act') somewhere else.
This one is subtle but becomes more noticeable with consistent use over time. The main effect for me was a gradual improvement in baseline energy and overall vitality rather than any immediate stimulation. I heard a lot of good things about Cistanche's effect on male hormones. I'm not sure taking it made any difference for me. My testo level is higher than before, but it maybe more because I workout more often nowadays.
