I think this was my favourite inositol powder by far, I actually used this when I was losing weight and i felt immediately better, the package is great, I think it's by far the best quality, has a sort of sweet taste.

I like it. it doesn't have a taste so you can blend it in water and not feel it at all. but first few times I took it it was a bit hard for my digestion but then I got used to it. I was recommended this for my PCOS, i was told the results will show in about 3 month so i will update on that later. But comoared to the capsules, it is much easier to take.

I bought it to get a 2-month supply per jar. I used half a scoop to get the 2000+50 dose, a little inconvenient, but you get used to it. The flavor is good.

The package size isnt tiny but its very portable! The price is excellent, especially considering it has folic acid as an ingredient! My main concern is pcos and I can already feel it's working and I'm seeing the same benefit I saw with other inositol products !
