It’s been more than 15 years that I constantly supplement with vit C, I use to smoke but I quit about 5 years ago and it took me this long to realize that I don’t need the high dose anymore. Haven't tried it yet but it looks promising. It's from food and has authenticated liposomal structure. The ingredient details give me more interest to try it out.
