I love the quality as it says it's sugar free and has electrolytes and the taste is not affected that much by these ingredients that should be considered healthy. This electrolyte powder tastes great, mixes easily, and helps me stay hydrated throughout the day. I noticed better energy during workouts and fewer muscle cramps. It dissolves completely and is easy to drink. Excellent quality and great value. I would definitely buy it again!
