these are very good magnesium gummies in the sense you get a lot of magnesium in each gummy compared to others on the market, but the price is quite expensive. Taste and texture are pleasant.

Don't trust other reviews. Worst gummies ever. I could immediately smell plastic when I broke the seal, just like artificial sweetener. The taste is even worse, making me feel nauseous. The texture does not even like gummy at all. It's more like raw flour mixed with water. I will throw the whole bottle away. Absolutely not worth trying.
