Bought these because of the larger quantity as I didn’t want to reorder magnesium every month. I prefer the taste of another brand as they’re like sour gummies but this brand the taste is mild but still easy to take and no aftertaste. Helps with my sleep and muscle recovery.

I’m not sure if its because of it but i am sleeping much better since i started these. Also the taste is very delicious.

I can only eat a half one 1 gummie because they will give me diarrhea. I have Hashimoto’s disease so my thyroid makes me very susceptible to diarrhea and constipation. However, I bought them because they are the lowest dose of Magnesium available which is what I was looking for. Plus these gummies are very soft so they won’t pull your dental caps off.

I have been taking to reduce melanin, but the effect is not very obvious! A friend recommended trying Magnesium and it worked very well for me! I fell asleep unconsciously about half an hour after eating, slept until dawn, woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't fall asleep again!
