This is one of my favorites, although I have tried many of Amy's Soups, and I like them all, this is a good one. It goes with everything you may want to add to it. yumm
When they say hearty, they mean it! It is thick! And it tastes so good. Lots of herbs that give it a wonderful flavor without being one-note garlic like so many canned vegetable products. Very rich texture and mouthfeel with high protein and fiber, I tried it for the first time and will be buying more!
I've never tried this variety, and I was a bit skeptical because normally I can't do canned mushrooms in any capacity, but this wasn't bad at all. I like that this is a French style soup that is also vegan. I would probably buy it again.
My favorite of all the Amy’s soups! Yummy, easy, quick dinner. Organic and delicious. Quality is supurb.
I usually use half a can and I put oatmeal in it so I get a super nourishing meal with almost no fuss. Strongly recommend.
This is an excellent soup, which pairs well with vegan meatballs. It is flavorful and filling, and make for a fast meal any time of year.
This is a VERY thick soup - different from most veggie soups. I like it, although it’s a bit lacking in flavor. I will buy it again, but I will add salt next time (I know — not healthy, but…).
This is the anchor soup for my family. Can be used in many many ways. Our favorite. Mushrooms really kick it off..
