I appreciate the healthful ingredients and the soup is tasty and satisfying. I like to keep some on hand in case I run out of time to cook or ideas of what to cook for myself.
We've tried most of the Amy's soups, this is the family favorite. Handy to have on hand when we want something comforting and warm. Wait for sales and stock up! Sometimes we add leftover rice, but it's not necessary.

One can is perfect for one person and with a healthy sandwich, it makes a very satisfying meal. All ingredients are organic and fresh tasting and full of flavor. Delicious and healthy, what more can you ask for? They are a little on the pricey side but compared to commercial store bought brands I feel the price is worth it.
I've always have enjoyed Quinoa, so this soup hits the spot! I'll often add a small amount of ground beef to make a complete meal. Highly recommend!
