This item is a great addition if you follow a raw food diet. Even if you don't. Works on the go as well. On the healthy side, something different from all those highly processed foods. Savory and familiar taste if you are used with sprouts and other types of raw foods.

Appreciate the big hitters in this bar, as it makes it easier to get nutrition I might not get otherwise. Highly recommend these sprouted goodies!

I bought this to try because I loved the organic ingredients. I didn't realize it was a single cracker (I assumed it was a package) but I'm still glad I got it. I put guac on it. Made for a healthy tasty snack!

I would recommend this specific flavor to somebody, I really like the veggie. It disappeared from the shelf quicker than I expected. However, the cracker itself was sort of thick and it would be nice if it could be made into two thinner, also price was high, more veggie and less fatty sunflower 🌻
