Ubiquinol is generally the better choice over COQ10 for those who take a statin (as I do) because of its potentially better absorption in older adults. I am 70 and a vegetarian, so I like that the Healthy Origins product is good for vegans, so no animal ingredients are used!
I like the quality and that fact it is vegan. It is hard to find any vegan version. The amount of capsules and mg are good for the price. I have been taking Ubiquinol for over 15 yrs and I believe they have helped my heart.
Was looking for a non-gelatin capsule higher dose ubiquinol and this one fit the bill. Thought it was a good price too. Would buy again.

I'm trying ubiquinol instead of ubiquinone, which I have been taking for years. I don't notice a vast difference yet, but I have read enough to know it is helpful for increasing mitochondrial energy.
But it's expensive.... I wish it were a little cheaper.
